Service Description

HERE'S THE PLAN: 3 hours: Start to finish. This includes set-up and clean-up. This package includes up to 20 guests. An additional fee of $25 applies. SET UP: • We’ll arrive 45 minutes before the fun starts to get everything ready. That means setting up the puppet stage, floor seating, chairs, sound system, and a roll-up banner stand for those perfect photo ops! We handle Set-up & Clean up. Stress free for you! IT'S PUPPET CRAFT & SHOW TIME COMBO! • Kick off the fun with a lively puppet show full of laughs, surprises, and interactive moments, featuring special attention for the birthday guest of honor! Then it's time for the kids to get crafty as they create their very own puppet with help from our master puppet builders. Each guest will take home their new puppet friend in a personalized paper bag house & name certificate. It’s the perfect blend of laughter and hands-on creativity! After the show, the excitement continues with high-fives, hugs, and photo ops with the puppet stars themselves. It’s a hands-on, heartwarming, unforgettable experience they’ll never forget! • Show runs for 30-45 minutes, filled with fun and excitement, and includes: Meeting the cast & puppets! Snap a pic with the puppets and the cast after the show! • Workshop runs 30-45 minutes. Guests will craft their own puppets to keep and take home, complete with a special puppet bag house for their new friend to live in. Puppet Party Time staff provide everything kids need to get creative, including felt, glue, googly eyes, crazy hair, crayons, pencils, markers, and more. TIME TO WRAP UP: • We had a blast! Our team will take about 30-35 minutes to pack up all the gear and wrap things up. SPACE WE NEED: • 10 feet long x 6 feet wide for the stage and seating space for guests. • Stage size: 5 feet long x 3 feet wide. • Sound System: 18 inches long x 10 inches wide. • Roll-up banner stand for photo fun: 5 feet high x 2 feet wide. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: • A 3-prong wall outlet for the sound system. (We’ll bring the extension cords!) • We’re good to go indoors or outdoors, but if it rains, we’ll move the show inside. (If indoors isn’t an options please cancel 14 days prior to scheduled event for a refund. See our Booking policy for more information. ) IMPORTANT STUFF: • Adult supervision is required for all guests during setup, takedown, and the performance. The safety of everyone at the event is the client’s responsibility. Let's get this party started! 🎉


Cancellation Policy

The full amount is due upfront to reserve your event date and time. This includes a $250 non-refundable booking fee, which secures your spot on our calendar. If you need to cancel 14 days or more before the scheduled date, you will receive a refund minus the $250 deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit all money paid. No refunds will be issued. We’re excited to bring the magic of puppetry to your celebration and will work closely with you to ensure a fun, seamless experience!
